My widget page looks different?

  this is what my (appreance -> widget) page look likes: https://ibb.co/rk3Zq2G

  I’m not sure what happend, but when I first visit this page (appreance -> widget) after a long time there was an error about “smart recent plugin widget”

  The “srpw_widget” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.

  also I could not use wordpress’s appearance -> customize page either, every left side bar menu I click does not response and also unable to edit anything on the live edit page.

  after disabling the plugin, the page still remain the same. is this a new wordpress update?

  but elementor pro works fine.
