My widgets aren't working

I run my business website with wp and yesterday my widgets suddenly stopped working. I can drag them over, put the content I want in them and save them but they don’t actually show up on the site. I honestly don’t know what to try to resolve the issue, I’m a total newbie… but I need to figure something out quick so I don’t lose business.
Possibly related, I’ve recently encountered a problem creating new pages with parent pages. Again, everything looks like it should work fine while I’m working on it in wordpress but it shows up as “page not found” when you actually go to the url. Even the “preview” button brings up “page not found”. If I simply create a page it will show up, this is only if I want to do a parent page. The same is true of blog posts, they give the error as well.
Please help if you can, we just had a big event and I’m getting emails constantly about our blank website! The site is savorysceneries.com.
