My wife’s account needs cancelling and refunding 5th request

    I’ve requested earlier this morning to cancel and refund my wife’s site stephanieknipper.com. She is billed $33 every month since Nov and like this Am we get an answer that disregards our request and just places an extra step and burden between us and you to cancel and refund. We are going to go to the Attorney General of our state with the lack of response and difficulty and illegal practice of delaying a customers request to cancel which we have all the documentation. We look fir a response showing this refund before Monday or we file the complaint and actions withnour state AG. The site in question is stephanieknipper.com.
