My WooCommerce Payment Account was Suspended

I am trying to setup a website for my family reunion. I am using the WooCommercePayment Plugin. I originally had my personal checking account linked to woocommerce; however, I attempted to update it to a different checking account only to collect family reunion dues. Now my account is suspended! Can anyone help me???

Alternatively, it looks like you might have a support ticket open with our billing support team already, in which case please reply to that instead.
We’re not able to help with issues related to the WooCommerce Payments service here in the support forums for free sites hosted on WordPress.com.

Hello and thank you for your response. I have already used the above link to create this ticket and it routed me to this forum. Additionally, my site is a WordPress.org site hosted on Bluehost; however, I am using the WooCommercePayment plugin which requires me to have a wordpress.com account.

Yes, you need a WordPress.com account to use WooCommerce Payments, but WooCommerce and WordPress.com are two completely separate products, and we don’t provide WooCommerce support in this forum.
I’m not aware of any redirect that would send you from https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ to the WordPress.com forums. If you’re logged into WooCommerce.com, that link lets you submit a private email support ticket directly to the WooCommerce support team.
If that link is sending you here, please clear your browser cache and try again. Also make sure you’re logged into your WooCommerce.com account on that end.
That is the best place to get help with this, both because our staff in this forum have neither the expertise nor access to the tools needed to help you solve this, but also because we’re not able to discuss payment and billing issues in a public forum like this.

Yes, I do understand that WordPress.com and WooCommerce Payments are two separate products. I too could not understand why it was sending me to WordPress.com support forums when I clicked on the link you provided for WooCommerce, https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/.
After additional research, I discovered why it was routing me to WordPress.com. When I clicked on the link you provided, there is a message that states I must validate my email per another link that was previously sent to my email address when I first set up my WooCommerce Payments account. Because I had not validated my email address, I selected the button to resend the validation email link. When you select this button option to resend the email validation link, it routes you to WordPress.com.
I have since validated my email address and now it allows me to open a support ticked for WooCommerce. Thank you so much for your help!
