my word press blog in blocked from seing the top 100 blogs of the day

  Hello,
  I have a problem with connecting to the top 100 blogs of the day. It let me see the top 100 posts of the day. I’m not sure why, but everytime I click on it it says that the page is not available. I want to check the top 100 blogs of the day because my blog is constantly on top of the Romanian blogs. Am I blocked for some reason or something went bad with the word press site.
