My word press has been hacked

  I hired a web developer that has changed my websites main screen to a hateful message in public view ,and continues to change my word press passwords and compromise my private information . I am reaching out on a different email address because he has hacked through my email as well. I need assistance in securing my personal information and removing this persons access
