My WordPress account says that I have no websites registered with WordPress

  Could someone help me find out why I can’t access or manage my WordPress website? The subscription should be paid for, along with the G Suite services, but my account says that I have no sites at all. Plus, when I enter the URL of the site in the support section, it says that the site is linked to another WordPress account (it isn’t: when I follow the Account Recovery link of that info box and reset my password, it takes me to my account, where it again says that I have no site).

  Make sure you’re fully logged out of this matthew7c6ef30246 account before you try to reset the password for your other account. I assume your other account is also here at WordPress.com and not at some other host? Revealing the URL of your site would help.

  It worked! I logged out of matthew7c6ef30246 and logged back in as mattrob7 (which is the username that the password reset email was sent to). My website is there, along with all the dashboard tabs and plugins.

  Thanks for your help! Now I’ve just got to decide what to do with my matthew7c6ef30246 account…
