My WordPress account – zeldasblog.com

    Hi, I was told that this was the appropriate place to address my questions. Until yesterday I had 3 accounts (zeldasblog204577732.wordpress.com and a very old account (thebuzzbymsz.wordpress.com and of course the one that I am posing this question about, zeldasblog.com). I did put in a request for a refund which is being worked on now. I asked for a refund of $48. What I need to know now is, will I be able to keep my domain name of zeldasblog.com when I move zeldasblog.com to another company? Can you help me with this? I would appreciate any assistance you can give me. Thanks

    Hello @zagurka20!

    It appears the domain zeldasblog.com was registered through Wix a few days ago (2/8/19), but isn’t connected to your site. There are instructions on the homepage on how to connect it to your Wix site.

    Your WordPress.com site (zeldasblog204577732) has been deleted, which means the content associated with that site is no longer visible (and will be deleted permanently within 30 days – more on that here).

    So from what I can gather, you shut down your WordPress.com site and are starting up a new site at Wix, with your custom domain in tow. As long as this all sounds correct, I assume you are moving in the right direction!
