My WordPress Address and Site Url box are missing from dashboard

  I am planning and learning how to migrate from HTTP to HTTPS
  But what I found was that my WordPress Address and Site Url box are missing from WordPress dashboard

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your site prodigygamers.com is a Self Hosted WordPress(Software) site and not a WordPress.com site, and you can learn more about it here:
