my wordpress admin page is gone & unclickable

Hi guys,
I need help in making my wordpress dashboard reappear again. I think this happened yesterday when I uploaded a theme, without backup beforehand.
I am using UpDraftPlus backup plugin and I wonder if it is possible to restore the site to previous version (and lost everything) through my cPanel, or if is possible to fix my dashboard, somehow? Now nothing will display upon clicking, and my website is down with the error “redirect loop”…
I am a totally newbie. Not sure if it is possible for me to attach a screenshot to explain what I mean if this is allowed (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ocx1dvy6cr8pkgz/AADutXQjHxaMHD5POD_MoPiia?dl=0) … Do hope someone will help me…

Hey there, you’ve posted your question in the support forums for sites hosted by WordPress.com, but your above site appears to be using the standalone WP (org) software.
