My wordpress app is keep being blank

    Whenever I tried to put new picture in my article it went blank. Can somebody help please?

    Hi there,

    What app are you using? Desktop or mobile? On Windows/Mac or Android/iOS?

    What do you mean “it went blank”? Exactly what happens? And what steps do you follow to add an image?

    Have you checked if the same thing happens if you add an image via the Browser? And does using another internet connection make any difference?

    In order to help you we need specific information on what is going wrong.
