the view blog link in the wordpress app doesn’t work for some reason? This has only just recently happened since the look/design of the app functions have been changed to a different look. Also within the edit setting I cannot now color highlight a link as before and it just remains blue even when I try to change it to red.

We have several apps, so can you please specify which one exactly you’re using? Android, iOS, or one of the desktop apps?
There has been a change in how the editor handles links, which makes it a bit tricky to change the colour. Basicallly, you need to be very careful to select ONLY the linked text, not any spaces or punctuation next to it, else the colour change option won’t work correctly.
This is an issue with the Core software, but has been reported there as far as I know, so it will hopefully be fixed in a future version of WordPress, and then we can push that to the app as well.

That is working for me in Windows.
Can you please confirm which version of Windows you’re using and what the version number is of your app? Please try re-installing the app, and also please check if this still happens if you use a different internet connection/reset your internet connection.
