My wordpress Blog is messed up in every way…. Unless I'm just confused.

My wordpress Blog is messed up in every way. I can’t find what Version I’m on. People say that its at the bottom of the Main page or the dashboard. I can’t seem to find it. I’ve even tried /wp-includes/version.php. It say’s “are you lost?”.
I also cannot see my plugin option on my dashboard. I hosted this domain with wordpress. and others say editor but mine dosen’t say that. I can’t insall a theme I can only manage. I’m just so confused. I also Haven’t got my own log in. I have to log in to WordPress, to access my blog
If someone could help that would be great thanks!
