  Unfortunately, I am unable to renew this account, branch.lgbt, at this time. Can you please stop the renewal? Thank you!

  branch.lgbt is not associated with the user account that you’re signed in with and posting from. That’s why you don’t see the desired options. Can you sign in to the branch.lgbt You’ll need to sign in as treehousetribe.
