My wordpress contents are not showing except jetpack

    My wordpress website only shows the jetpack option. I can’t able to manage my post or pages or install any plugin. How can I backup my website in that case. Please guide me through the process.

    Hi there,

    You are not an admin on the site, so your access to certain features are limited. I would contact the owner/admin of the site, hellingbrett, and talk to them about your permissions. They would be the ones to assist you with gaining plugin access and other features of the site.

    but i purchase hosting and domain for the website and same hosting is linked with mine website how it would be possible i dont have adminitration access. i Need administartion access because i pay for it. The domain is free to use and pucrhased the domain and linked it to my hosting then why i dont have the administration details.

    If you have made the purchase, please ensure that you log out of the @archit200114 account and log into the @hellingbrett account as my colleague suggested. Only the site owner has the authority to modify your account settings and grant you Administrator access to the site.

    In case you don’t remember your login details but have the transaction IDs corresponding to charges on this account, you can utilize the Account Recovery form to establish your ownership of the site. Once ownership is verified, WordPress.com support will assist you further. You can access the form at the following link:

    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    Provide as much information as possible on the form, including a valid email address for Support to contact you. The transaction ID can be found on your bank statement, labeled as “WordPress” followed by a ten-digit alphanumeric code. The format will be similar to this example:
