My wordpress dashboard has been erased. Why did this happen????

  My wordpress dashboard has all been erased by someone. Have I been hacked?

  I logged into my wordpress account and nothing was there. My dashboard looked as though I had just opened the account. Everything was blank. My theme and plugins were gone. My pages, posts, and categories were gone. Everything was gone. But yet, when you go to my server blog (buyandbate.com/blog) that’s supposed to be aligned with my wordpress blog (buyandbate.wordpress.com), it’s still there.

  This is a crisis! All my work is GONE! How do I get it back? Has this ever happened before? Last night everything was just fine. Now all of a sudden, everything is gone. Please help me, or I’ll just have to cancel my wordpress account.

  It sounds like you’re mixing up your externally hosted blog (buyandbate.com/blog) with your wordpress.com blog. WordPress.com blogs don’t have plugins. You’ve never made a post on your WordPress.com blog before the one titled “My wordpress dashboard has all been erased..”
