My WordPress Dashboard interface has changed and I can no longer edit my banner

  In the new interface the ability to add new banner picture or heading picture doesn’t work – I would prefer the old interface where I can have multiple pics rotate randomly. This rotating feature is not even available in this new version. In this version the ability to edit the Header pic doesn’t even work. How can I get back to a working WordPress Dashboard?
