My wordpress disappeared

    Hi, I have had a wordpress with you guys since 2006. I have left it for a couple years but this week was revisiting it and discovered that all of my content has disappeared. I have no idea what happened and cannot seem to figure out where it went. My domain of kkholland.net seems to have disappeared as well because it is now available to be purchased. I registered that domain in 2006 when I built the site and all seems to be gone. I have contacted my hosting site and they referred me back to you guys. I really hope someone can help me because there was a lot of sentimental info on the wordpress and a lot of history that I would like to get back.

    Hello @kkholland,

    Have you got a WordPress.com site? the URL address should be something like mywebsite.wordpress.com

    Since you mentioned your hosting site, it makes me think you’re referring to a WordPress.ORG website, which is different from the .COM one. That would also explain why you seem to have lost your data, since the WordPress.com websites never ‘expires’ unless you don’t deliberately delete them.

    Does it make any sense to you?
