My wordpress got hacked need help

  Hi guys I when I login into my wordpress dashboard it loads another page instantly leaving me no chance to change or do anything on my site. Also on my site’s main page there is a header with some kind of advertisement. I have anti-virus and spyware programs installed on my pc and dont know how someone could have done this to me. Please help me
