My WordPress has been Suspended

So yesterday I starting building on my website from scratch and after using a plugin that edits the backend of the site visually (I forget the name) it took over my whole page… so I had to start all over again from scratch and as I was activating some plugins WordPress kicked me out and since then I haven’t been able to log back in!
I received an email saying “host, has been locked out of the WordPress site at http://wanderrealm.com due to too many bad login attempts. The host has been locked out until 2016-03-19 02:26:28 “

So I thought I would be able to log back in today but instead the page says its been suspended.
I do not believe I breached any of the TOS conditions and I only logged in one time on my website! I had lots of tabs open, but for the life of me I can’t see why I have been banned.
Is really frustrating :(

Ok thank you very much for your quick reply, much appreciated. I had no idea that it was Pulsant, I was was not the original person to set the website up.
I have contacted Pulsant now, so hopefully they can tell me more about why it was suspended. I’m very new to making websites on WordPress so I don’t know. Hopefully the Pulsant host you mention my site is with is this one http://www.pulsant.com/ as I wasn’t too sure.
