  http://www.fitzroviajournal.com/ is in fact not hosted on WordPress.com, but appears to be a self-hosted WordPress.org install. It also appears to be up and running because I was able to view it by clicking on the link your provided.

  This support forum is only for free WordPress.com blogs. WordPress.com and wordpress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
