My WordPress Import is stuck in processing mode and won't finish

  I went to “tools”, “import” and selected my wordpress.com file for import. It says it is “processing” and to contact wordpress if it isn’t complete in 24 hours. It has been much more than 24 hours and it seems to be frozen in the processing state. I can’t even stop it to try again. Any ideas?

  I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.

  If you continue to have trouble with this, please let me know what kind of export file you have, where your blog was before, and how large a file it is.
