My WordPress is not working properly.

  I have installed wordpress on two of my blogs. And I want to install on an otherone. But there is some issue with my wordpress. As I try to access anything. It doesn’t work. It gives these kind of errors.
  For example, as I try to change theme or add plugin, and try to access it from “Add New”. I get this message.

  “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

  And it’s happening with all features. It’s appearing when I updated my wordpress. So, how may I recover?

  If you’re running into errors with your self-hosted WordPress blogs, you can get more help with that in the WordPress.org forums. The WordPress.com support staff only have the tools and access to help with errors on sites hosted here at WordPress.com.

  You may want to search the WordPress.org forums for that error message, to see if an existing support thread has a solution that works for you. For example, that error was resolved in this thread:
