My wordpress isn't showing up on my facebook

    I have Facebook linkedin and google+ as my social media sites I want wordpress to post on. I am yet to see them posted. I have to copy and paste my site all the time and even then the image and latest blog doesn’t show up. What do I need to do in order for it to show up on my facebook and linked in page?
