My WordPress log-in isn’t showing my website

  After logging into WordPress, it isn’t showing that I have any associated sites, which is untrue. How do I resolve this?

  This usually happens when you have several accounts on the wordpress.com platform. What is the URL of your missing site(s)?

  Your site is in no way connected to your wordpress.com account for login. You can login at http://lbventures.net/wp-login.php using the credentials you choose when you set up that site.

  Thank you, I’m still not able to access. Is there a link for chat support? I’m not able to find that today. This is probably best handled via a session and not via public forum.

  I have dual problems…not showing my site as being connected to my account and not being able to log in to show that I have a site connected to my account. I have a Pro Plan and should have access to chat support but can’t get logged in to show that I have a Pro Plan to get access to chat support. How do I get chat support without being able to get logged in?

  The customer support for WordPress is VERY challenging.

  According to whois info your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, https://digital.com/best-web-hosting/who-is/#search=lbventures.net.

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com; it is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  So, you’ll log in to it through http://lbventures.net/wp-login.php and not through us.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
