My WordPress Pro Plan was cancelled after 5 months, I want a refund.

  It doesn’t make any difference. I still want a refund. I paid for twelve months subscription and I haven’t had a plan or domain since October last year. Since when do you pay for nothing.?

  We are happy to make a full refund if you cancel within the period described here however we do not offer partial refunds. If you wish we are happy to restore the plan to your account so you can continue to use it for the rest of the term, but we are not able to make a refund due to how much time has passed.
