My WordPress site editor will not finish loading

    I can log in normally and the site will load the Reader just fine, but when I switch over to ‘My Site’, the page freezes, showing only a spinning circle on ‘countries’ on the stats page. I have tried two different browsers, and the Windows desktop app, all with the same results. Switching to another section of the editor does nothing to help either.
    I have posts I need to put out this afternoon, and new ones to work on.Any help is appreciated. Thank You. SDH

    When I click on your blog address I get this message:

    It is associated with my main website TheMalloftheWeb.biz and I use my site here as the communications tool for my audience and visitors.

    I am having a similar problem with my site. The admin page will not load – just the spinning wheel. Same problem with trying to edit a post. The site is: https://rbcsacramento.wordpress.com/

    Any help would be appreciated. I am totally not tech savvy and a “point and click” person.

    Good morning. Thank you for sharing those details. This sounds like an issue with your browser or internet connection. I am curious if you have the same problem when connecting from a different network? Like work, school, coffee shop, a neighbor’s place?

    Can you tell me what browsers and versions you have tried specifically? Try to disable any browser extensions as well.

    I don’t see my last reply, but:
    No, I havent tried from another network, because I work from a dessktop.
    I have tried MSIE on another computer in house, same results.
    I have tried both firefox (54.0.1, 32 bit) and MS Edge on my computer, same result.
    I tried clearing the cache and history on my firefox and logging in, same results.
    I’m beginning to believe its an issue on the WP end of things,
    I am able to log in normally, for ex. to answer this thread. And the reader comes up fine, but when I try to switch to the Admin panel, it locks up displaying no data, and a spinning circle under “countries”,

    Hi –

    Do you have access to another computer at work or a public library? A smart phone or
    tablet could be used easily on a different internet connection and you’d just need to login at WordPress.com from those devices on another connection.

    Alternatively, if you aren’t able to do the above, try working form the classic editor. To do this, add /wp-admin/ to the end of your site URL. The dashboard will be on the left hand side, click on post > new post and see if you are able to load that screen.
