My wordpress site has a random string of code you need to pay for this cryptyou

I’m not sure where this code came from or how to stop it. Has the account been hacked? It is visible from carlmontarts.com and I want to get to the bottom of it.
What file do I need to edit to remove the offending code? Could it be from one of the plugs?
Any help is much appreciated
