  It won’t load, not even the backend – I was editing it yesterday and it was fine!

  Based on WHOIS (http://whois.domaintools.com/circulus.com.au), it appears that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and it uses self-hosted WordPress.org.

  You posted your question in the wrong forum as this is a WordPress.com support forum and not WordPress.org (self-hosted WordPress) which is what you currently use. You can post your question on WordPress.org support forum here : https://wordpress.org/support/
