My WordPress site is loading slowly Performance score 59

My site https://sipraw.com/ is loading very slowly, especially on mobile. I ran a PageSpeed Insights test and it shows a Performance score of only 59/100 which is in the ‘Needs Improvement’ range. I haven’t added any heavy plugins or large images recently. Is this a WordPress.com server issue or something I can fix from my end? Any help would be appreciated.
