My wordpress site points to someone else's website

  Hello. I set up allnewideaaday.wordpress.com. Thinking that I still owned the domain ideaaday.org, I pointed it towards this. However, someone else now owns ideaaday.org and it redirects to their domain. Today, I registered ideaaday.co with you, but this also redirects to the domain that I do not own. I can still get to the dashboard of allnewideaaday.wordpress.com and post new blogs, but they don’t appear anywhere. If I type in allnewideaaday.wordpress.com or ideaaday.co, I immediately get directed to ideastormz.com which is not mine. How do I fix this without needing a degree in programming! Thanks, Chas

  Hello there!

  You should cancel this extraneous mapping in Store → My Upgrades in your site’s Dashboard, or by clicking here:
  https://allnewideaaday.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  Make sure to cancel the domain mapping for ideaaday.org, rather than your other domain.

  Today, I registered ideaaday.co with you, but this also redirects to the domain that I do not own.

  You do own ideaaday.co. I see your registration information in your records. Once you delete/cancel the extraneous domain mapping for ideaaday.org, please go to:

  https://allnewideaaday.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  Make sure you have ideaaday.co selected as your Primary Domain.

  Once you make those changes, it could take up to 72-hours for the adjustment to work properly online. However, everything should work well after that.
