My wordpress site turned to scratch

    I own the domain cerezevim.store and had a website published with this domain. Suddenly all my website data (pages, plugins, themes) disapperead and my website was unpublished. I still seem to own the cerezevim.store domain but after my site broke, going to “cerezevim.store” redirects to “cerezcin.wordpress.com”. (I didn’t reset my site.) How can I recover my old website?

    Hi there!

    It looks like you had a Creator Trial, which expired on 2024-04-02. When a Creator Trial expires, any content added to the site during that trial is deleted and the URL is reverted back to the free *.wordpress.com URL.

    You would need to first purchase a Creator plan and get your site back to a plugin-enabled state.

    Once that plan is in place, you can restore your site by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/restore-default-plugins-and-themes/#restore-default-plugins-and-themes

    Please note you only have 30 days after expiration to restore your site; after 30 days have passed, those backups are also purged from our system.

    Additionally, it’s important to keep in mind that if the Creator plan expires or is canceled within our cancellation period, any content added or restored when the plan was in place would also be deleted.
