My WordPress sites are down since yesterday.

    Showing my hosting server post 80 blocked. And having malicious files. On checking, i got to know some files are in common like ‘post.php’ and ‘function.php’. And hosting provider is saying you have to replace the files in the same directory. Please support with the right solution.

    As per your message I thought It looks like your blog is NOT hosted on WordPress.com and instead you are a WordPress.org user.

    They are two separate platforms. Please find the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Hi @scenecrunk, I can confirm your site isn’t here with us. Your best bet is to probably ask your host to restore a recent backup, then you’ll need to fix whatever vulnerability you’re dealing with.

    Once it’s fixed, you’ll want to be sure to implement your own backup / security solution, or use a service like Jetpack. Or you’re also welcome to move your site here:

    Hi! I customize my site yesterday and left my dashboard open.. Today I tried to finish some things but anything I tried to do had as a result a download request (i couldn’t even sign out). I logged in via wordpress.com and I see this “This site cannot be accessed.Disconnect Site” in my panel..
    My site is wannabedm.com (it was in private mode) and me host is ehost.

    wannabedm.com is not connected to WordPress.com. It was registered through publicdomainregistry.com and is currently pointed to Ehost.

    Are you trying to move the site to WordPress.com? If so, here is how you do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/coming-from-self-hosted/

    Otherwise, you’ll want to contact your host, or the WordPress.org community for additional help. That forum is at https://wordpress.org/support/ I do not have any access to wannabedm.com since it is not on our service.
