My wordpress sites have been compromised

    Hello,

    I have 3 wordpress sites and two are fairly old installations. Maybe 1 year old versions of wordpress. I didn’t touch the sites in a while and I just noticed that some sort of code keeps getting posted at the bottom of all the index pages on my hosting account. My host (lunarpages) thinks its caused by an old version of wordpress being hacked. I don’t know what to do or how to fix this because I can’t even log into my wordpress to update them.
