My WordPress URL isn’t working…

  Hi there,
  I launched my WP site last week but ever since, if I enter the domain into my address bar, or share it, it comes up with… ‘Oops! That page can’t be found. It looks like nothing was found at this location.’
  It has the relevant link above this: My blog, contact and about page. I can navigate to these from this screen. However, the home page is inaccessible.
  Would great appreciate some help in fixing this :-) my domain is springsagehealthqigong.wordpress.com

  Hi! It looks like you’ve fixed it and that it was likely just an incorrect link in your menu. Did you need more help? If you want to add a home link, it should be one of the options under pages, or you can choose custom link and add this as the address: / . Let us know if you need more help!

  Hi there. No, unfortunately I’m still experiencing the problem. It works from my phone, but if I share or copy the URL, the message pops up. My homepage is the most important part of my site, so need this to work!

  Thanks for getting back in touch.

  The problem is that in the Customizer under “Homepage Settings” you have A static page set, but you didn’t choose a page to be shown. Therefore for logged out users, they’ll see that error message.

  You just need to set the page you want to show and save those changes.

  Thank you for this. What I thought was my actual homepage doesn’t seem to come up as an option in that list, however? It just gives me the option for either my blog, contact or about pages.

  How do I set my cover/introduction as a static page?

  This page displays correctly on my end when I load your site. Are you all set now, or were you looking to set a different page as the homepage? If so, please let us know the title of that page.

  Hi there. Yes, I discovered that my homepage hadn’t actually been launched which was the cause of the problem! All sorted and working now.
