My wordpress website didn’t load theme and css.

  I built a wordpress website which is workable on my host (both front end and back end are OK). However, when I tried to replaced my old website (not built by wordpress) by the new built wordpress website, the visitor can’t see the theme and css, but only words. I tried to clean the cache, change the url, but it still doesn’t work. How can I solve the problem?

  I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
