My WordPress Website Disappeared

  I have been managing and hosting the following WordPress website for over two years: american-gci.com.

  About a month ago, the website suddenly went down. Here is the WordPress info, that we used to use to login to the website on our WP Admin dashboard:

  I spoke with GoDaddy (our hosting provider), and we still have the website domain hosted in our account. However, the connection to the WordPress website is no longer existent. I’m also unable to login to the American GCI website dashboard with the above credentials I provided ^.

  Can someone please help me investigate this issue? This is fairly urgent. I’ve spoken to my team, and no one touched the existing WP settings for the website.

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
