My wordpress website doesn’t show in my account.
-
Have I managed to make two accounts? I have an account and a website, but it doesn’t show here, but I can still log into it separately and manage it. Or are accounts regional?

Hi there,
Can you please let me know your site’s address so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?
-
Ah, thank you — yeah that site is not hosted here, so it has a separate login and account information.
Try logging in at http://www.hetapuhiihi.nz/wp-admin , and if that does not work, please ask your host for help wiht this:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/And if it’s helpful, here’s the difference between your own WordPress installation and our managed hosting service:
Going forward, if you need help with a site that is not hosted here, you’ll want to use the forums at WordPress.org:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/Hoping that helps!

Oh!! You will think me very dim, I just read the info about the different types of WordPress site and now understand why mine behaves differently to what you describe here. I know, I know, I must have set up the self managed site and gone through another provider to do this, yes, I know, but I didn’t have a clue what I was doing really. I have build my site on my own and let me tell you, my primary skill is nursing and this website has caused me ALL sorts of anxiety!
I am now wondering if your business plan might be better for me? Currently if I want to make a change to my site I have to sit down and learn from scratch how to do it before I can manage it, so although it is doable, it is certainly not restful!
Please can you look at my site and tell me if it would fit into a business plan on your platform, and if so, the costs of this and how I port over? I live in NZ. -

When you upgrade to our Business plan you’ll have access to our 24/7 live chat and we’ll help you migrate and set up your site.
Finally, you can see the pricing of all our plans here:
