I think my website has been hacked it has a different name with numbers behind it which I didn’t put also my domain is not in my purchase it’s like everything I need your help
-
selfbettersolutione9402ff982 is the name of the account you created minutes before posting here. Perhaps the solution is simply to log out and log back in with the correct credentials.
-
I have done that already my account has been hacked they have deleted my business plan, change my username, change my domain, to make it look I just created this account. I do have proof of me buying the domain in everything.
-
Your username hasn’t been changed. You have just created this second one. You never replied to the member of staff asking for details yesterday.
-
-
Name on account has been changed to “enthusiastsensationally2537fdbff6” which is not my name
-
I have had this word press website since March 5, 2019. I cannot someone take it over just like that.
-
Again, enthusiastsensationally2537fdbff6 was created a few hours ago. You are logged into the wrong account. If your missing site/account is indeed here at WordPress.com then see

i recently tried to write another blog and load (I have been in hospital) and am so upset my account has been hacked and someone called passionate354c96d7f5 has taken my email/site everything. i did a pword reset but my ability to see my blog has gone. what do i do please

@passionate354c96d7f5 just as the others, your account hasn’t been hacked or whatever. You created @passionate354c96d7f5 only 2 weeks ago.
So log out from @passionate354c96d7f5 and log in again to the account owning that site.
-
thanks, appreciate the advice and help, but as Valerie’s daughter i can assure you that she never set up that account. SHe has no idea how to. when we log in using her only email a blank site with passionate comes up not her blog ( as it used too) She wants to add to the blog but can’t get access so i think someone has made themselves an administrator and removed her access?
-
The original account is valeriedavies
Is it possible she/you used a different email address when setting up the site? If you’re not sure of the email address, try first leaving a comment on the site and see if you get a notice at a “forgotten” email address.
Another option is to try the recovery process. Since it looks like there’s a custom domain attached to the website, you should have the needed information to recover the WordPress.com account/site. More about that here: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ Do not post any account information in these public forums, but only on the account recovery form.
-
thank you for your advice, no she has only had this email since starting the blog in 2012, and it used to work fine, which is why i think someone else may have inserted theirs ande removed her as admin.
i will give the recovery a go, i am anxious it might give a clue to whoever has taken it over? they may get a notice of a login?
