You’ve only just created an account at WordPress.com. Here assistance is provided for sites actually hosted on WordPress.com servers. Perhaps your unnamed site isn’t hosted here. For SSL issues you’d need to approach your host. What is the address of your site? If it’s hosted somewhere else it will be using the WordPress.org software and help (apart from SSL) is found at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
