my wordpress website not working in chrome it seems to have a GET problem or rocket loader

  hi my website not working in chrome and firefiox but work in ie11 and safair also it will work in chrome if i use emulation and its on a phone it seems to be having a issue with the get somthing error 400 also maby its to do with security but when i 1st run teh page in chrome devc tools it loads up 4 errors on start page please can you help me :) >> web site is called >> https://www.helpinghands.co.za/
