  My WordPress website http://www.globalteenscience.com was hosted by blue host, and was hacked. I am not able to access it through wp-admin or anything. I have contacted blue host, but they wee not very helpful. I am not sure what to do. I’d like to get it up and running and make a backup copy of it.

  Hello Elizabeth,

  Sorry to hear about your situation. Not fun.

  Since you have indicated that you are hosted with Bluehost, the appropriate forum for you to ask questions would be on the WordPress.org support forums.

  You are going to want to first read, FAQ My site was hacked, and follow any of the recommendations found in that guide. You will likely still have questions and concerns — that’s natural. You will want to then go to the How-To and Troubleshooting forum and explain what happened, what you have done since the discovery and provide any other information that may be helpful. The WordPress.org support forum members are very knowledgable and willing to offer guidance.
