my wordpress.com site not there

is this how i go about getting help to find out what the problem is. I’m using the login that i have used in past, but brings up fatal error

We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

Please do not waste your time or mine. Post the actual site URL starting with https:// here and I will tell you exactly which web host is hosting your wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting that we do not provide support for here at wordpress.COM. -

The account that you are contacting us from does not have a WordPress.com site connected to it. So, either the site is under a different WordPress.com account or your site is a WordPress.org site.
