  I believe I am paying for 2 wordpress.com sites. I would like to cancel my service at WordPress.com Please do not extract monthly or yearly payments from my account. My phone number is [redacted by mod]. Please use this email to contact me. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  There is no phone support. Exactly which sites and which username accounts and which upgrades are you referring to. We cannot do this for you. You have to act by first providing relevant details.

  1. What is/are the domain URL(s)? Do you want to use the domain URLs on another site(s)?
  2. What is/are the underlying .wordpress.com URLs?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blogs and purchased the upgrades for it/them?
  4. When was/were the upgrade(s) purchased?

  Canceling upgrades
  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  You do not own any upgrades on WordPress.com. The last upgrade you did have with us expired in March, and is no longer on your account.

  If you are still being charged, it is for an upgrade that belongs to a different account. Please enter details of the most recent charge on https://wpchrg.com/ to find out for which site it is. You can also contact us privately via that page, as we cannot work with payment information in the public forums.
