The issue is inside WordPress work area itself.
The screen shot shows what I am trying to explain:I have only been working with WordPress for 6 months and maybe someone has seen this happen before.

It looks like https://walkerforseniors.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
