My working website – cannot log in

hello WordPress, I am Kate and I use WordPress not just for this personal website but at work as well. I work for the European Space Agency Bussiness Incubation Centre in Prague and we run our website on WordPress. http://www.esa-bic.cz/ Last week I tried to log in to our website but for some reason, I couldn´t. That being a huge problem for us and moreover, some info about our startups disappeared from our website as well. The problems are that the page was registered to my predecessor’s email (email visible only to moderators and staff) and she no longer works here and the email is no longer working. Moreover, I was told that my predecessor forgot to update the template. I cannot log in, I cannot activate past versions of the site. Could you please try to activate some past version that was working? Or help me otherwise? Please help us if you can. Thank you.

Your site is using the WordPress software, but it is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
