  WordPress.COM themes are not exportable. Only blog content can be exported.

  I’m sorry but aside from what I posted above which correct, we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

  If you are assuming you can export and use a WordPress.ORG template on a WordPress.COM hosted blog you are wrong.

  You cannot upload any third party themes into a WordPress.COM hosted blog so be clear on that. The only themes we can use on WordPress.com blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software are the themes that are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/

  There is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.

  PS – the other thread mentions two different hosts best I can tell – neither one of which is WordPress.COM – and the empty site is a WordPress.ORG v. 4.0
