my wp blog/domain is configured to someone elses information

google search does not show my blog/domain at all,other than it be configured to someone elses business.
ive been struggling trying to find an answer to this for months.
if i could send a screenshot to someone i could show you what i mean.when i contact google they say this: “You’ll have to talk to WordPress.com to resolve the issue. The other site also uses WP name servers. There is some kind of misconfiguration (somewhere) that’s telling googlebot that your main page goes to the other site.”
its seemingly impossible to ‘talk to’ anyone who works with wordpress.com. We paid for the domain upgrade and so this is very frustrating.
Can anyone help me at all?
when i type my domain address (toddtholke.com) (which i paid for the wordpress upgrade from toddtholke.wordpress.com) into google search (note: NOT into the URL …. but into “Search”) my address is connected to: Missouri Historic Revitalization Alliance.

I don’t see that issue in the SERPS (Google search page results).
This URL http://toddtholke.wordpress.com seamlessly and correctly redirects to http://toddtholke.com/ for me.

Again I do NOT mean typing it into the URL bar
as you have done above.I mean typing toddtholke.com into the SEARCH bar
which is different than the URL bar.Yes, I know it is uncommon to type a dot com
address into the search bar, but that is what I’m talking about.when you search toddtholke.com via the search bar it
is attached to the Missouri Revitalization Alliance.And the real issue is that when I search my name in google,
“Todd tholke” ….. my domain does not comes up at all and truthfully
this is what I’m trying to resolve – (in addition to being linked
to this other site. )Can you please help. There is no support for me to turn to.

Well auxclass, thanks BUT yes it can get better than that….
That same thing could happen on ‘google search’ BUT its not.
Yahoo and Bing show my name…. But the problem I’m trying
to solve is Google shows nothing. -

There is nothing I can see at our end that is causing this, and it is correct in other search engines, so I can only suggest Google is seeing something else for some reason.
Could you please add your site to Google Webmaster Tools?

You can then add your sitemap (the URL is just your domain name with /sitemap.xml at the end).
This will provide Google the latest information from your site and hopefully fix this issue at their end for you.
As a bonus you can see a lot more stats about your site, search terms people are using to find your site, pages that haven’t been indexed by Google and so on.

I did add my site to google webmaster tools since the beginning and three times since. Google tells me nothing is wrong on their end, they say it has to do something with WordPress. So…. You see I am stuck. I don’t know what to do. There must be a connection to WordPress because I contacted the people who my site is mistakenly linked to and they also are novice WordPress users…. Using WordPress just like me.

That is probably why you have to keep adding it as it is not
I can help you enter this, it should look like:
<meta name='google-site-verification' content='dBw5CvburAxi537Rp9qi5uG2174Vb6JwHwIRwPSLIK8'>I’ve run your site through various tests and they give the correct results, the same as Yahoo and Bing so I do not know why Google is linking the wrong information to your site, but there is nothing I can see at our end to cause this.
This is why adding the verification link and then you sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools may help clear up whatever error they have at their end for your site listing.
