My WP premium account have been deleted as i was trying to delete my cache as i have been told from the Elementor live support.

    Hi

    I have had some issues with using some plugins between WP and elementor, where I’ve had to contact the live support in wp and afterward Elementor live support. The elementor support gave me the information that i should try to deactivate all my plugins besides Elementor and elementor pro, and at the same time ‘Try to clear your cache on your site, server, and Google’ they said. I did so. However, now I have been hiding a new issue, that involves my Premium account being out of reach of my administration, as I have unfortunately been creating without a purpose, a WP beta account through the google shortcut. Also, it is important to inform you that I have changed my email from my premium account to my Email-address which is in daily function (Filip.1996.xxxx@xxxxx) (Changed from (email visible only to moderators and staff)) – Because of the fact that it hasn’t exited since 2018, the year where I shot down its function.

    Please help me out in order for me to get back to work. If possible, i can give you my credit card information which has been used to pay for the premium.

    I do not see any sites under your @filip1996nyborg WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to access the filipmilutin1810 site.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
