  my wp site getting 2k connection per min . now currently i use vps with 26 cpu and 2 gb ram also 20 gb ssd . my site is a movie blog site . can you tell me the Business plan can handle it.

  Of what site are you speaking? The site at https://crackone.wordpress.com/ is completely empty.

  All WordPress.com sites have exactly the same bandwidth, and make use of the same network of servers spread around the world so you’re always connecting to the server closest to you to have the shortest page load speed possible. If your site is loading slowly it indicates an issue with your ISP, your home/local network, or your computer itself. Buying an upgrade plan from us won’t change that in any way.
